OVERVIEW
The "Pints for Polio" project was created to raise funds for Rotary’s End Polio Now campaign, to generate renewed emphasis for Polio Awareness, and to provide an opportunity to partner with local craft breweries to support a worthwhile cause. Since 1985, Rotarians worldwide have been united in the efforts to eradicate the Polio disease, and, even though it’s no longer present in the USA, it still exists in a few countries around the world. Chatham Rotary is committed to this international humanitarian cause, because no one anywhere should have to face the consequences of polio, when there are the means to stop the disease.
